Perth restaurant Fyre, notorious for banning vegans from dining last month, has taken legal action against a formidable Western Australian vegan activist who has demonstrated twice at the premises.
The activist claims she is also barred from all licenced venues in the state by WA Police as a result.
The second Fyre demonstration on Saturday evening saw activist and OnlyFans creator Tash Peterson and celebrity chef John Mountain lock horns in a physical altercation outside the restaurant in the Perth suburb of Joondalup.


The chef arguably put a target on his back after a decision to ban vegans in June.
The ban, which cited “mental health reasons”, was in response to a customer complaint about the restaurant’s failure to accommodate their dietary needs.
After the run-in however, the restaurant on Thursday evening shared that Peterson and her boyfriend were now legally barred from entering the premises.

The notice informed the pair they would be committing trespass and that the business would “take all appropriate steps to remove and exclude you”.
According to the restaurant’s solicitor, a copy of the trespass notice has been given to the Joondalup Police Station.
“Hahahahahaha and so it begins,” the restaurant posted to Facebook with a picture of the letter.

A notorious vegan activist has hit out at the man responsible for organising a mass protest and community barbecue outside her Perth home in protest of her own controversial disruptions.

Sydney resident Ben D’Arcy has rallied more than 500 people to gather outside Tash Peterson’s Bitcon home for a barbecue protest on May 24 in hopes to give the controversial vegan protester a “taste of her own medicine”.
However, Ms Peterson told PerthNow, the protest will simply do the opposite and thanked the organiser for bringing awareness to the “atrocities” inflicted on animals.

“Their protest is just another opportunity for me to bring more attention to these atrocities so I thank them for that,” she said.
“I feel amazed that my activism has made such a massive impact, it has resulted in an entire group of people who feel so triggered they call me such names and state that my activism is ridiculous and has no meaningful impact.
“It clearly has made an impact to make so many people want to shut me down and stop me from protesting.”

Ms Peterson has frequently made headlines for her disruptive protests throughout Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, often appearing near naked, covered in fake blood and body paint or wearing lingerie to her public protests.
The 29-year-old is originally from Perth but was forced to temporarily relocate to Melbourne after she was slapped with a 12-month statewide ban from licensed venues in Western Australia.
The ban followed her protest outside celebrity chef John Mountain’s restaurant, where she disrupted diners by playing audio for squealing pigs and shouting “animal apocalypse”.
The stunt came after Mr Mountain publicly banned vegans from his business.

On Christmas Day, Ms Peterson staged a protest outside a Belmont butchers shop in Perth’s eastern suburbs.
The well-known activist poured fake blood on the store’s display cabinet, prompting two employees to perform a citizens arrest.
Police arrived at her home and arrested her hours later.
Ms Peterson said she is not worried by the planned peaceful protest but rather saddened by their decision to cook a barbecue outside her home.
“(The protest) doesn’t worry me, but it is very saddening that they will be cooking the body parts of animals who were brutally murdered who screamed and fought for their lives,” she said.
Police will be present at the upcoming protest to ensure the event remains peaceful but Ms Peterson claimed authorities “wouldn’t do anything about it anyway”.

“They have not charged anyone for physically assaulting me and are absolutely disgraceful whenever I’ve reported an assault or when someone threatened to come to my home to rape and murder me. The only concern the police have for me, is charging and arresting me as much as they can,” she said.
Speaking to Perth’s Mix 94.5, Mr D’Arcy said: “She’s a pest, and most WA residents are sick of her … and I’m sick of her targeting people’s businesses. It’s not right, it’s not fair.”
Mr D’Arcy has promised to continue organising regular barbecues outside Ms Peterson’s home until she stops her own protest events and pledged to pay the local council for approval to shut down the street during the counter-protest, the Daily Mail reported
