CCTV shows bomber before arena blast..
CCTV images showing suicide bomber Salman Abedi on the night he attacked Manchester Arena killing 22 people, have been been released by police.
Fourteen locations are being searched and 13 people have been arrested on suspicion of terror offences.
Abedi's identity was known within two hours of Monday's attack, police said.
The UK terrorism threat level has been reduced from critical to severe and soldiers deployed to support the police will be stood down on Monday night.
Prime Minister Theresa May made the announcement after leading a meeting of the government's emergency committee Cobra on Saturday morning.
Armed police continue to guard hundreds of events across the UK over the bank holiday weekend.
It is unclear where the newly released images of Abedi were taken and from what time on Monday evening.
Greater Manchester Police have made an appeal to the public for information about the bomber's movements since 18 May, when he returned to the UK.
Police said the investigation - which is "making good progress" - has around 1,000 people working on it and hundreds more officers involved in the security across Greater Manchester.
Abedi's city centre flat was one of the last places he went - and where he may have made the final touches to his explosive device - before going to the arena, police have said.
A vigil has been announced for 29-year-old victim Martyn Hett, which will take place at Heaton Moor Park in Stockport on Sunday evening.
A total of 17 warrants have been carried out mainly across Greater Manchester in the last five days.
On Saturday, officers used an explosive device to gain entry to a property in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester, where two men were arrested.
A joint statement from Chief Constable Ian Hopkins and Neil Basu, senior national co-ordinator from UK Counter Terrorism Policing, said: "This is still a live investigation which is not slowing down.
Olivia Campbell: Manchester attack victim honoured with emotional scooter procession
The grieving mother and stepfather of teenage Manchester attack victim Olivia Campbell have honoured her with a scooter procession they said she "would have loved".
Bike enthusiasts Charlotte Campbell, who had made an emotional national appeal for information about her then-missing daughter the morning after the attack, and Paul Hodgson were joined by hundreds of riders.
Olivia's family spent Tuesday frantically searching for her, but in the early hours of Wednesday confirmed they had learned she was among the 22 people who died in Monday's suicide blast.
The scooters set off from Olivia Campbell's family home in Bury.
Mr Hodgson joined the front riders as they journeyed together from the family's home in Bury to Manchester's St Ann's Square, while Ms Campbell travelled by car.
The couple laid a bouquet and kissed a photograph of the 15-year-old in a frame they placed on the edge of the sea of flowers.

He said his "bubbly, stunning" step-daughter "would have been over the moon" at the solidarity from the region's scooter community in her honour.
He said the procession was organised to "pay our respects to Olly and the 21 other people that died in the tragic scene" and said it sent out a wider message.

I realise now, I have absolutely no feelings of kinship whatsoever with the British and their repulsive lower end. The tattoo simply speaks volumes, an epitaph celebrating mawkish vulgarity so repellent it truly is difficult to manifest any feelings for them and their ilk.
Horrible.

indeed.
at least she should have shown some restraint and had it tattooed on her leg and using a much smaller font too
it will certainly be an effective passion killer every time the husband climbs on.
Shocking seeing the levels of obesity too.
It's almost like the US.
The reaction to these things is becoming increasingly awful. Grief does terrible things to you and I wouldn't want to be too harsh in judging someone who is unhinged by the death of a child but the same can't be said for the wider society, which seems to be addicted to toxic levels of maudlin, sentimental self-indulgence.
That step-father is as grief stricken as a crocodile. It is painfully apparent to anyone with one scintilla of perception he is revelling in that ghastly cod opera homage to cheap sentimentality.
And aren't mods s'posed to be well dressed?
I just twigged that she has had the 'worker bee' tattoo inked in blue. Bless, she's a City supporter too.
With all due respect, I tend to agree with that statement.Originally Posted by Passing Through
While the poems, declarations of hope, non-defeatist attitudes are heart-warming, I do think they are misguided to think that love will conquer all.
Their poems, however eloquent, won't perturb the terrorists, promising to congregate at concerts as per normal, does nothing to dissuade them from plotting their next bomb attack - in fact, it probably encourages complacency and plays into the terrorists hands IMO....
Sorry to sound harsh, but the only glimmer of light I see, is the explosion of more bombs... unfortunately, these horrific events will continue with regularity, as the West with their open door immigration policy, have let the enemy into their bosom... the cancer is there, prevention is far too late now.

Err, Dick, which bit of 'you have more chance of being decapitated by a fucking frisbee than death at the hand of a terrorist' do you not comprehend?
This welling up of cheap sentiment is a dreadful ritualisation currently en vogue among the lower end whose addiction to the mawkish has been stimulated and encouraged by a parasitical social media obsessed with ephemera, faux celebrity celebration and a prurient fascination with just about anyone and anything except their own miserable, worthless, meaningless existence.
They communicate in cliche, callow slogans and glib babble re-gurgitated from the inane chatter they capture on their phones and trash TV.
It ain't real Dick, it's shit.
There is no cancer of terrorism, its just incidental criminality and it's a feature of life.
We in the British Isles have endured a campaign of 30 years of the worst terrorism that has existed within a developed, western, liberal democracy but the people then were tougher, more resilient, more self-reliant, more stoical and infinitely more resourceful in dealing with tragedy than the current generation of enfeebled pussies wallowing in their self-pity and all embracing self indulgent lachrymose mawkish navel gazing.
This emotional claptrap of I'HEART'MCR is nauseating.
Well I tried to hint at the horror of what's to come, FUNERALS.
Wall to wall blanket coverage by the media milking every tear.
Princess Diana's death started this wallowing in public pity and mourning, everybody can participate in mass grieving.
Another horror, is they will be interviewed and that northern accent grates.

Hundreds queue for bee tattoos at Sword and Sparrow in Prestwich, in support of terror attack fund (From Bury Times)Hundreds queue for bee tattoos at Sword and Sparrow in Prestwich, in support of terror attack fund
HUNDREDS of people queued for hours at a Prestwich tattoo parlour to get bee inkings in a show of solidarity after last week's terrorist attack in Manchester.
Sword and Sparrow was faced with more than 300 customers on Saturday.
Owner Lewis Tudor advertised the opportunity to get a bee tattoo at his studio in Bury New Road, on Facebook on Tuesday, May 23, after the suicide bomber attack at Manchester Arena on Monday, May 22, which left 22 people dead.
He asked customers for a minimum donation of £30 to go towards the Manchester Evening News’ ‘We Stand Together’ crowdfunding appeal, to help the families of those killed or injured.
Manchester is adorned with the bee emblem, which is a legacy of the city's textile industry.
Little Lever resident, Ciaran Cusack, aged 33, booked in after seeing the post on social media.
The social worker, who brought his four-year-old son Louie along, said: “I think it’s been very humbling to see how people have pulled together after such an evil attack.
“It’s still short of a week after it happened and I’m lost for words.
“We can take solace from gestures like these so when I read about today on Facebook, I messaged them and booked in.
“The bee is the emblem of this city but I think it’s starting to take a different meaning after this week – it’s become a real symbol of strength.
“It’s a really kind gesture from the shop to be offering these tattoos for free in support of the fund, I don’t think they’ll be getting away on time tonight.”
Mr Tudor, who works alongside his sister Jessica, aged 23, who also tattooed on Saturday, had to bring in an extra artist to lighten the load.
The 26-year-old added: “We’ve had some family members of one of the victims come in to get it as a memorial tattoo.
“Within an hour of putting it up on Facebook, 100 people had responded but we never expected it to be as busy as it has been.
“People have been queuing for four hours to get tattooed.
“We’ve brought in Kobe to help tattoo and we’re expecting to do more than 300 by the end of the night.”
Salman Abedi wasn't a lone wolf – he was a known wolf, and the Muslim community tried to warn us about him
Our Prime Minister was Home Secretary and in charge of MI5 when they were tipped off about Abedi – do the victims’ families have a right to an explanation of why the warnings were not heard?
“What more can a law abiding Muslim do?” asked an exasperated radio host yesterday morning, after it emerged that the Manchester bomber’s family and friends tipped off MI5, who then missed five opportunities to stop him.
I wasn’t surprised that he’d been reported – Muslims are as scared of getting blown up as everyone else.

The street art springing up all over the city..
Tens of thousands of runners pounded the streets during an emotional occasion for Manchester, days after the arena attack that killed 22 people.
Armed police were stationed among spectators at the Great Manchester Run, the latest large-scale event to take place since Monday's suicide bombing.
A huge round of applause for the emergency services followed a minute's silence for the victims and casualties.
Runners set off under the banner #RunForManchester.
Liam Gallagher has announced he will play a concert with all profits going to the MEN fundraising appeal.
I always like art- but have a felling it won't stop the next Muslim attack.
A lot of cosmetic on show.....
