You say that every single time.

The skies in England can be very deceptive. They often look grey & moody but the temperature is still high.

It wasn't glorious summer weather that week, but it was warm enough to swim in the sea most days so couldn't complain.

Thanks, but I feel the need to stress yet again that these photos only represent a tiny fraction of the kind of thing and places Cornwall has to offer. Newquay although great fun is not a typical Cornish town, and Padstow, although nice enough, is nowhere near as quaint and beautiful as many other harbour towns. If you enjoyed these photos then I urge you to take the time to explore Cornwall further as it truly is a wonderful part of the UK.

As for people being down on the UK, I guess that's because for every pretty Cornish town near the sea, there's 20 crappy dirty ones, over run with immigrants and pikeys elsewhere.
Thank you for the post, because of this 4 of us went to Cornwall last week for 5 days and had a great time - the wives both of whom are Thai loved the crabbing in Padstow, picking huge mussels on the camel trail and cockles in Sennen Cove. We also caught a lovely big seabass and flounder in Padstow harbour and enjoyed eating them both an hour later in our chalet.

Padstow should be Padstein due to his 15 businesses. We also saw Heston B in town on the last night whilst we popped into all the watering holes in the quaint harbour whilst the girls caught tea.

We went to the Eden Project which again the girls loved as they recognised most of the fruits growing in the tropical rain forest and it kept them entertained for hours.

I havent posted any photos as didnt want to steal your great forum, thanks again from 2 really happy Thais and their husbands who got maximum marks for a great destination

Excellent mate, that's exactly what this forum's all about for me. I personally would love to see some photos and I'm sure many others would as well. You can put them on here or if you have enough start your own thread. Glad you all had a good time mate.

The old Redruth brewery got burnt down last night, a week after the Hong Kong owners announced a new development there

How do you add photos that are in 'my pictures' onto a message?

It seems really long winded at first mate but it's easy once you've sussed it. This thread explains it the best.

    https://teakdoor.com/how-to-use-stuff...with-pics.html

Or even easier is to open an account with photobucket or imageshack.

Don't ever think of jogging up to Carn Brea castle. I forgot about the gorse bushes and my bare legs
