Teak Door as slow as mollasses

Over the past few days Teak Door has been very very slow in opening pages. Occasionally so slow it times out. Other sites appear to be running at normal speed.

Anybody else (in Thailand) experiencing this ?

Extremely slow at the moment. What's the address of the mirror site ? That would be a good speed test.

Maybe a bit faster but after you log in the address become teakdoor.com so it's the same address.

Actually a lot faster. Very odd.

clear cache and temp files, everything here works fine.

Tried that doesn't make any difference. The first page of the mirror site opens quickly. After that slow slow. Other sites are a tad slower than they should be but nothing unusual.

I'm on TOT broadband. Is big brother watching you ?

Me as well beggers, pages only partially loading and to put 3 small pictures in the gallery this Am took me about 15 Mins.

Slow for me. Can someone explain what the mirror site is. That was even slower.

finding the internet in general very slow today.

rotten tomatoes, idol forums and votefortheworst have all timed me out in the past hour.

Domestic speed is fine it is only international that is slow

No streaming available at all with TOT and only half of TD forum home loads. Can;t even do a speed test

Yes. I am experiencing TD being slow in opening pages, and moving around the board in general.

I am to the east of Thailand.

TOT has been slow for the last maybe 2 weeks, inside Thailand almost normal but going outside very slow

Also the threads are a little slow as well, could everyone get back to posting a little more because its raining pretty bad here so I cant go shopping for food.

likewise, same same... was wondering the same thing or maybe some other bug. but for my part on that issue glad to hear it is not just my end.. Ironically at virtually the same time I also changed over to my lap top, so that was a question as well.
yes mostly evening, but day time is suspect as well on occasion. Maybe more people online in the states with nothing to do

and searching for jobs?...

With TOT, my connection always slows down on Friday night after around 8pm, then on most Saturday nights access to international sites goes 100% down. I would usually try to stream a a football game through TVU or Sopcast at this time. Sunday is the same but by Monday morning it's all up and running.

I've made this point often to TOT call centre suggesting that the engineers/technicians in NK are were screwing around with the weekend broadband allocation and after threatening to cancel the whole subscription as well sending letters to Bandgkok Post, Nation, Matichon, Thai Rath etc, their answer was to upgrade my package , get rid of the pathetic generic modem from China and install a brand new Thomson modem free of charge, and then forget to send out anymore bills (5 months and counting!).

I don't complain anymore in case they start sending out for the arrears!
