Kayo can't get on Teakdoor

Someone said Kayo couldn't access Teakdoor, so I messaged him about it and this is what I got back. Can anybody help?

"yeah dude! I can't access Teakdoor at all! Everyother website no probs but for some screwed up reason I have had no access for what? a couple of weeks now! Any ideas? running xp/firefox/avast antivirus, as I have for ages. nothing changed in my sys config. Nothing I know about anyhow.

i think november rain mentioned this to me a while ago, God knows what the clown has done, so he is using a laptop and on different ips and cant access teakdoor from different countries, so it is down to his laptop, now a wild guess I would put it down to his adblocker or zone alarm, get him to try going in through newscambodia.com, it's just a dummy teakdoor sort of thing we have set up.

Change DNS server

Same thing happened to me.
I just couldn't get in to TD but everything else was OK
Changed the server and bingo, it works again

Still no luck from my own laptop, but we've a spare laptop in my house so for the time being must log in from this instead.

my own laptop's backlight has gone, so I can't see the monitor anymore, anyway.
Where do I get one of those goldplated laptops?

Hiya buddy!

Right, I've finally got round to learning what all this DNS biz is about, and I've changed my DNS servers, but still no luck.

There is another way of specifying certain websites via a text file on my system, but I need some sort of valid IP for TD in order to do this.
Obviously, as I cannae access TD, was wondering if you could find out Teakdoor's IP for me.

Then, hopefully, I can come back to TD on me own machine.

Got it. Writing from my own machine again.. Finally!

Have no idea why this happened.
But to fix it, I entered in the IP that DD wrote above as my "alternate DNS".

Edit: Oh Balls. Whateveer I've just done, I may have to undo.
I can now ONLY access TD and no other website.



EDIT2: Okay Fixed. everything is at it should be now.
