Now I don't know much about electricity, but I know it doesn't mix well with water. Death by electrocution would be my absolute #1 worry in flooded Thailand right now.

It's the damn spirit of capitalism at its best. I bet that guy is getting and extra 10 baht for his efforts. This is why the western world is failing and full of long-haired people god damn it! Power to the people!
Hope the customer qualifies to have his eyebrows separated for free as a flood special to make up for his missing right arm.
If not then at least they will continue to distract attention from his shorts.
The nice young chap seems to be missing a right limb....
What's missing in this picure?
Walls?
what's happening is the space between the customer and the shearer
he's not wearingone of them bibs to catch the hair. he's gonna be well itchy later.Originally Posted by meow
So much for powers of observation. If you look closely he does have two arms, but that is not the point. Will they not both get electrocuted if the clippers (which are plugged into the mains) fall into the water?
Anybody know is this would happen?
There is no Thai Rath to read while you wait your turn
unfortunately not.
the electricity would travel the shortest distance between the two poles or to ground.
i have seen the thais fishing with two 220 volt terminals nailed to sticks, and prodding them into the water to electrocute fish, while standing 60 centimetres behind the sticks, knee-deep in the water.
gets interesting when he gets the between the two electrodes, though!
brrrzzzzt, brrrzzzt!
beep!. ting, ting
redirecting, please be patient..........:
hello, insect!
brrrzzzt, brrrzzzt..................

The customer is wearing a Doreaman (sp) shirt. That's just plain wrong!
The cuttee appears to be giving the cutter a reverse reach 'round with his "missing" arm, and that's just wrong.
It's not a barbershop
The Barber has obviously left a tap running somewhere and neither of them have noticed.Originally Posted by meow
