I smoke a serious amount of cigarettes and am not proud of it.

Didn't you try to quit smoking for a bit Noony..? Or did that fall through? I thought you got really far or that must of been the quitting drinking, I've been away from this forum too long!

It was quitting drinking Icey.
It went well for a while then I stopped caring.
My next quit date is October the 1st.

The fukking Mrs Q has managed to quit both smoking and drinking.

i did quit but am allowing myself to smoke on friday nights because thats my heaviest drinking night and its no fun drinking without any smokes.

How much do you smoke ? I'm at about a pack per day ... and that's because I usually burn two each time I light up.

I couldn't imagine a good round of beers or other liquors without smoking.

I reckon I'd die if I smoked - weak chest - get bronchitis with a heavy chest cold - grandad died of emphasema

Gave up smoking years ago. Piece of piss.

I like to have a cigarette now and then. Sometimes I actually buy a pack, but it takes a month or so to get through it. But, if I'm drinking all night I might smoke five or six cigarettes in one sitting.

I'll probably buy some for the Old Dutch (?) gathering. Did we ever figure out if smoking is allowed there?

i never thought i would be able to achieve this. i always thought smoking was all or nothing.

Did you used to be a heavy smoker? If so, I think it is very unusual to be able to cut way down but not quit.

I buy my cigarettes at Big C. How sick is that?

I can go weeks without a cig but smoke about 20 a month out of boredom or during one of my famous binges

Why don't you all smokers join us Muzzies in this holy month of Ramadan. That way you all can quit.
