Although the child in the pic looks quite healthy, she died of HIV/AIDS 7 weeks later.

Holding the child is colourful and charismatic American RC priest who has run the centre for the last 40 years.

Thanks Willy, i stupidly omitted the guys name from the the post considering i have kept in in contact with him over the years.
I would not be to fond of organised religion or their reps, quite the opposite.....but i do admire greatly the unorthodox, and untamable Fr. Joe. Need i say why !!.
