If I lived there , I'm sure a chain attached to that seat would unfortunately get wrapped around one of my back axles as I drove past

im pretty sure that if you dont use sufficient drainage for block paved driveways nowadays, you wont get permission. think you have to use eco friendly self draining materials, or dig a drain and have that inspected or summink, cant remember now.
