A 'Banana Skipper' larva. Not really harmful to the banana tree but I like to kill them anyway.

The black end is not its head. It's poo which is retained to confuse predators.

I lost my ring in the sea on Lonely Beach, ironically enough, I'm not getting another, pain in the arse taking it off all the time to wash my hands or before going to bed.

These are so cool. I saw one in Chiang Mai that was much higher and they drove an old car up on it as well. The guy got so close to the top on his bike I thought for sure it was going over crazy. I thought I took cool video but in the excitement didn't press the record button
