Destroying old bills and documents

I'm having a big clear out and I don't think I need all my old True internet bills, TOT bills, water receipts and stuff but shouldn't I burn it?

Just looked out the window, there's no bonfires anywhere to be seen.

I think I may take the advice of a mate and soak them in a saucepan of bleach water.

What would you do in this situation?

In a village daily fires are never a problem,but in a city I would bleach them then

There was this Thai kid, well maybe he was 19 or 20 and he flicked a cats ear and I went ballistic, because I love cats - Muffin in particular, and she has an infection in that ear from fighting and is already in enough distress.

Okay, I've torn off all the top halves of the letters and have put them in a tote box and half filled it with the bum gun.

The bottom half of the letters is in the bin liner along with business cards of people I never contacted again and Sandra's birthday card - that was tough.
