Or maybe not simple?
I thought they were going to get posted. Happy to cover postal cost, as previously stated.
I then heard that some one was going to bring them to Chiang Mai.
I've heard nothing since.
No idea what's going on.
Do I detect a smidgen of friction here ?
Have I missed something ?
Seems you're a tad miffed LT.
Care to explain.
I really don't understand what's going on.
Please clarify the situation.

What, exactly, is the issue here LT ?
I'd appreciate an honest explanation.
Come on LT, tell us what the score is mate.
If there's an issue, spit it out and let's resolve the problem.
You can always pm, email or phone. :)
Hellooooooooooo................................... ....:)
You're being a bit sad here, mate.
Anyway, enough of these minor hitches.
Anyone with a few spare books cluttering up the place, just let me know.
I'll pay the postage and they'll get used or sold off to provide literacy materials for kids in the hills round here.
I'll have a look when I get home.
Cheers, if you've got a few, pm me and we'll sort it out.Quote:

Good stuff.
Thanks.
For them that don't know, we're scrounging, buying books.
Some we use in the local schools the rest we sell and the profit goes to buying stuff for sadly resourced schools in the area.
These are mountain schools on the Laos / Thai border in Chiang Rai Province.
All contributions gratefully received.
Thai post is pretty bloody cheap and cheerfull. Just don't make the box over 25kg. cos they can't lift it. :)
Many thanks to Mr. and Mrs. "C".
Deal done.
cheers.
Mr. C.
Books arrived safely today.
Many thanks.
p.s. postage was a grand total of 110 bht....... bargain!
got a depot in CHANG MAI?
I'm sure something can be arranged. PM sent.Quote:
