Never been to Revolution.

I hear the Hope & Anchor owner was forced out of his business and his 5 year lease torn up by the Khmer landlord recently.

They do that there! Khmer are not that forgiving if you are behind in your rent! And they think they can make a quick buck! Wait for the landlord to charge them for not returning the building to the original state! Jail time might be served! like DV8!
