This actually reminds me of the time I arrived from Macau and the taxi scammers at Gongbei port were harrasing me so I bartered with one (pretending like I was FOB and didn't know my arse from my elbow) for a taxi ride to a hotel that was 2 blocks away and to which I had no intention of going. When I finally got him down to 100 (it would have cost 10) I just laughed it his face, called him an idiot (in Chinese) and walked off.
