I'm not qualified, but I would say that you were suffering from low self-esteem, maybe you feel that you don't contribute anything useful to the world or that your occupation lacks any real worth.

You need something solid in your life so that you can say, Yes, that is what I have done, that is what I have created and it is good, I respect myself.
