Actually, cleverness can be defined in many ways:
Who is the happiest?
Who is the richest?
...
But very seldom by who is the most educated...

^But being rich makes the misery so much more comfortable.
(I'm not rich)
Memock is probably the richest. And he can't even spell properly.
^ No shame in that...methinks...:)
I reckon my uni schooling taught me to speed read and discourse better on what I read. That piece of paper saying I graduated with honours also helped me (and a friend who copied it and put his name on it without my knowledge) get good jobs in journalism and in banking, but I had to work my butt off to pass investment rep exams. Education is good, but it doesn't equate to common sense.
IMO experience beats education 2/1. No more, no less.
Safe bet that stuff. Enjoy :).Quote:

I won a regional cooking competition while I was in school. Does that count for anything? Didn't get a certificate though. :(
I forgot to say that I was a high school drop-out (twice) and never graduated. Then I did art design college. (graduated) Then I did uni. Wrote the entrance exams and they decided I should be an international lawyer. 555
I took an English A level in prison - I got a B.
That's it.
I'm quite chuffed with it.
I have City and Guilds of London Full Tech Cert., an Honors degree, and an MSC all in engineering subjects.
I'm currently study for a degree in Classics.
I won a book in a colouring competition.
The book was by Enid Blyton and was something to do with kids living on a farm during the holidays.
^You lied about your age though, the competition was for 8 year olds, you was 28 at the time :)
:shhh:
^was that the Famous 5? If so, I loved the books!
As for NR, this is TD, who gives (a ff) on cooking, what we need to know is your gardening skills.
Wasn't famous five, though I also read those. I reckon it must have been like a practice kiddies novel she wrote. It was about some Pommy kids getting their jollies rolling in the hay and playing with barnyard animals.
Inspired by CMN's own youthful antics perchance?
^shame on you! Rupert will not be sleeping well tonight!! :)
Always thought Rupert was a bit of a knob, I was a big ears fan.
