One might think she would be able to work that out.

    Oh well.

Making a roux is simple on paper, along with 'add cheese'. It's a skill. I use a silicon egg whisk and mostly get satisfactory results these days.
It's a bit like making proper carbonara. Simple on the face of it.

For MM, Bisto is the standard instant gravy of the British middle class. Best not look too hard at the list of ingredients. I still use it, goes well with the mystery meat pies I get here.
Instant cheese sauce is the product of a warped mind.

Okay, that is fair, but you are playing left handed guitar. Most guitars are made for right handed players and the strings need to be changed.
If you are making chords with your right hand which I see that you are, then you are left handed (playing left handed).
You can read more about it here. Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, etc are left handed players (myself as well). I have many a time had my dad change my strings around when buying a guitar.

^Nope, my brother makes videos all the time, it doesn't change the recorded video.
Anyway, take it as you will, just something I noticed in the video.

Your brother has a different phone than most people then. Mine does it. Why don't you try yours and see. Or you can carry on being foolish. Up to you.

It's probably the mirror setting in the camera that makes the video look the opposite from what is actually happening.

With my phone, it's called "Save selfies as previewed". This is for photos and videos. If the setting is turned on, my left hand looks like it's my right hand when I play back the video. If turned off, my left hand looks like it's my left hand in the video.

My prices for Barbie-Mitzvahs, weddings and children's birthday parties are very reasonable.

    Very reasonable.
