4 Now I am almost Anglophone and not travelling immediately so not a huge issue, but warn others

5 Emailed X and resigned to using other apps tho for live updates on your actual train/bus in real time it has a use, website realtimetrains more complex to navigate on a phone due to my eye problems at present.
