    Tried and Tested Hangover Cures

Obviously, the best cure the next day is more beer.

However, that crash will come eventually even if you allow yourself a cheeky couple of flagons in the hope of a softer landing.

    So, what do you do?

    My formula is the following:

    1. Water and Vimto. 2. Food. 3. Sauna and Steam. 4. Copious amounts of water, Vimto and food for the rest of the day.

The only problem with this remedy is that you're feeling so brand new after getting out of the sauna that you're already thinking about getting right back on it.

With this, you will never wake up with a hangover. If you wake up drunk.....just drink more. Tried and proven..

I once awoke with an incredibly bad hangover and went to the local community center and did some time on the exercise bike and then lifting weights, with a barf in the bathroom in between. I then went for a swim and a long steam bath. Feeling a little better I decided to go for a skate in the ice rink as well.

I came out of there with zero traces of a hangover. I felt great. I found the cure.

Now, whenever I awake with a hangover, I realise how much energy it takes to rid oneself of it, and decide it's easier to just suffer through the hangover.

I'm trying to pin down a key moment though. Puking, exercise, steam or skating?

In Thailand, fresh coconut water always did the job for me.

Here in Blighty, I swear by these sachets...

Also great for those dodgy Paki cafe curries, Hal

Coffee, kratom and tylenol. My body just doesn't like alcohol anymore as I am getting older. I usually start feeling the hangover before the night is out. By the second hour, I am already getting drowsy and getting a headache. I am usually reaching for Tylenol by the 2nd hour. And this isn't binge drinking. Is it like this for anyone else ? Everyones body is different.

When I see ppl sitting at a bar at 5 in the afternoon drinking, I just wonder how they do it. If it was me, I'd be completely spent by 6 or 7:00. Zero energy. I'd have to go lay down. But I wouldn't be able to sleep.

Which is why i just dont drink much anymore. I'd rather take a 7 or 8 grams of kratom instead. Gives me a boost of energy and mood.

Similar, but with an M150, a 700 ml bottle of water, and two Panadol. Lie down in a dark cool room and bemoan my bad life choices.

I try and avoid those choices these days. I don’t always succeed.

Its all about professional conditioning, you seem a bit young to be throwing the towel in. Want a boost, Drink Redbull and Vodka.

I have reduced my alcohol intake considerably in the last few years, but my previous go to would be starting with a Lucozade with the addition of strong dose of Brufen, followed by a good beasting, and a full English.

Kratom derivatives have been in use for cultural and medicinal purposes since 1650.

Inexperienced youth using refined Kratom products for recreational purpose can be dangerous. Using it for pain relief by agricultural workers in areas where the plant grows naturally is one thing. Poorly educated children using refined products for self inflicted pain relief, is completely inappropriate.

Your immature response in this case indicates that your attitude is equally inappropriate.
