Anyone who lost weight recently can share their meal plan? Something that doesn't involve salad for dinner as it's extremely bad for my stomach.
I'm 194cm and pushing 100kg
Thanks

Keto + exercise = rapid weight loss. No salad involved.
i was 118kilo,before my surgery,
no1 no eating after 5pm.
no2 cut out butter.use mayo or potted paste's.
no 3 if hungery eat fruit.
no4 had to put up with salads, fish, lean ham and chicken NO skin.
did lose it quite quick, for me the best way was NO EATING AFTER 5PM.
Energy in = Energy out.
Limit sugar to 6 teaspoons a day. Eat less & exercise more.
1 beer has 200 calories.
194 and 100kg isn't a bad ratio at all. Maybe you just need to tone up a bit, or do you feel bloated?
I kind of screw up my pescatarian lifestyle a bit by snacking at night . . . can't pass up Marzipan and just found a new supplier.
Yup, as Headhunter says . . . and limit carbs
I’m pushing a 100 also, but from the wrong direction.
Keto is extreme and extremely effective.
It takes a lot of commitment and mental fortitude, but it makes perfect sense that there's some pain with negative gains. I did it in the ME when the pesky temptation of beer would not effect me. On returning home it was near on impossible. You don't realise how many social occasions involve the 'breaking of bread' so to speak. Unlike the more established vegan/vegetarian lifestyle there's not many eateries or people in normal social circles that are catering to the keto 'fad'. It's a useful tool to employ for limited periods but life's to be enjoyed not restricted.
Better idea is to get yerself onto a free calorie tracker like MyFitnessPal. Adblock out the crap and log food to see what is tripping you up. After a while you get a feel for what you're eating and can test and adjust accordingly.
Calories in < Calories out will always work.
Some people think it don't, but it be.
Easy... Burn more calories than you consume, no special diets or techniques required.
It's not rocket surgery.
That's tall for a monkey.
i am only 157cm.as for exercise dont over do it,if it hurts STOP if your arteries are already blocked, toooooooooo much could bring on a heart attack.when you exercice too much it will let you know, have you any heavyness in your left arm? trouble walking after a meal, cut out bending too much and count what fat your allowed to consume.after 55yrs of eating what i shouldnt i was LUCKY i got away with it,after heart surgery 8hrs.i now have to take a cup full of meds every day for life, but still i have to take care that if i have to take any more for any other reason it only takes 1 that interacts with EG.warfarin it could be curtains.yes it happened here through a doctors negillence.so dont take things lightly.you and nobody else knows your body.
The 2 best things for weight loss are:
1) Heartbreak
2) Depression.
So either:
1) Fall in love with NZ Dickie.
or
2) Read all 21 thousand of Cyrille's posts.
And yer sorted.
Oops
You you speak Thai after all
Either jog for an hour, or ride a bike for 2 hours 5 days a week, followed by an upperbody gym workout.
Consume less sugar, less stodgy bread/pasta/rice/noodles/spuds, more meat, eggs, fruit and veg. Bingo Bongo job done.
How the fuck do you not eat after 5? What time do you have lunch?! 9am?!
