Back on topic, I hope, does anyone know if Reamer and metGIVEShead are conjoined at the head or closer to the anal region? I got the boot from one due to a comment related to a news article. The aforementioned post made was not even critical of the "news team' but I was told comments related to the hard workiing news team are strictly forbidden. These singleminded fellows seem to work tirelessly 24/7 as if they were on commission.

Turns out the forbidden post I made was actually from over a month prior to my getting a scolding and subsequent booting.

Haven't had a good nights sleep since the dreaded event. Wankers!

Thai Visa has always been known for having heavy handed mods. I really like their new software though. Would be nice if they upgraded to something like that over here.

Personally, I don't think they're heavy-handed. I founded a Thailand themed Facebook group 10 years ago which now has 35,000 members. Granted, 35K is a fraction of TVF, but we run the group according to the principle "the first time you say one offensive word you'll get a warning, second time you're out". That's heavy-handed. And by offensive, I mean ANYTHING confrontational.

The problem with TVF is their sickening double-standards. Heck, they even suspend posters for reporting posts (note: certain people's posts).
I don't mind posters like @Seekingasylum calling me a twat as long as I can remind him that he's a dick. After all, that's what he is!

I really like their new software though. Would be nice if they upgraded to something like that over here.

You can change it to the default mobile style.

In the bottom left of the page you're on, you should see this.



Click on the downward pointing white arrow and select Default Mobile Style.

Welcome Forethat. I left TV decades ago when it started to change. Now that it is a "for profit" entity, it will never be helpful like it was a long time ago. Here on TD you can find discussion on the members only forums that can give some real insight into stuff you normally could not discuss.

That said, you might still be attacked. Just the nature of Internet forums and the habits of humans living in concrete boxes.

Scott is no longer Admin there , him , Pink Mist and Onethedarkside all got relieved off their duties .
They banned so many people and deleted so many posts that the forum came to a standstill , seems like the Mods stopped disagreeing with posts and just deleted posts that they disagreed and began following posters around the forum and just deleting their posts and kept banning people .
In the end there were not many posters left
