Police have apologised for giving ‘too much detail’ in an appeal to find a naked fat man who was caught playing with himself in front of a student.

North Yorkshire Police said their Facebook post about the suspect’s ‘small penis and low-hanging testicles’ made a number of people ‘upset’.

Yeah. WTF's wrong with a physical description of a pervert at large? The cops published the information they had, small dick and swinging balls. Are they saving the perv from embarassment, or is it that some readers of the police FB page swoon upon reading the word "testicles"?
