I've visited the USA a number of times and enjoyed it, the people, and the err "culture".

However, I do find somethings, besides Trump, disturbing.

Does this "Guardianship" system exist in any other country in the world.
It's the first I've heard of it and I found it to be seriously wrong.

Please advise.
