Have a very good friend who ended up with a large girl one night after a party, back in the early 80's.
He brought her home later on that night, and much to our amusement, just after the head board started hitting the bedroom wall, the bed leg came through the ceiling. We were, of course, stoned off our trees and enjoying a drink or two.
He was also a bit on the tubby side.
Anyway long story short they are still together and have six kids at the last count.

Surprised that lard ass Frumpy Dumpy hasn't yet shared her personal experience - she does on everything else.

Perhaps she hasn't reached any problems yet physically. As she gets older, she may develop diabetes and other issues that come with obesity.

I agree with someone that wrote genes play a role in weight, but more importantly does a person's diet and lifestyle. I've been up and down with my weight since adolescence and unless someone has been there, they really can't 100% know what people go through. I don't want to say much else because I know what some of this crowd is like.

I've had a few romps with plus sized women. A couple of really PLUS sized ones too. In my experience, the only caveat I'd put on it is make sure she's under 30. Over that and the enjoyment seems to be outweighed by ...something. Lack of freshness? Sweat? Skin tone is no longer so smooth? I'm not sure, but as they age, the bigger women don't do it for me.

And of course, you never have to pay

It doesn't matter to me what people say. I have done more in life than many people I know (friends and family) and my weight never stopped me from anything.

You can still be 'hot' even when you aren't skinny.

My feelings on this are mixed. Tomcat fights a good fight, but frankly he is wrong.

My cousin is overweight. Grossly, chronically. She is so overweight she can no longer sleep normally as her lungs will not function when she is lying down. She has a host of health related issues, diabetes is the least of her worries. Sores, ulcers. She is regularly admitted to hospital for a host of problems. She literally cannot bathe herself. She has never had a job. Never experienced much of what life should be.

But she eats. And eats, and eats and eats.

Damn sight better if she had been gay to be honest. Least we could have got some good décor points out of her.

I have a nephew who has a gf who is quite large and proud of herself. She wears bikinis and such. I personally always feel like wanting to exercise and get healthier when I feel like I'm putting on weight. I just feel better (mentally and physically) when I am fit. She sees nothing wrong with the way she looks and she should have the right to feel good in her own skin. It is her choice. People have a choice always to look and be a certain way.

You have thin people who are crazy out of shape, and then you have some overweight people who are quite fit. As long as you are happy in your own skin that is what matters.
