I wear Spandex at work - what's your work dress code

When I say 'Spandex', I don't mean this:

    but this:

I wear trousers with a spandex content because I am constantly kneeling (to be at the same height as my kindergarten kids). I don't have to hitch up my trousers every time. I often end up jumping, skipping and hopping in class (I love my job!!), so it's important to have smart clothes that don't restrict your movement.

I wear a cotton shirt and always wear a tie (not the dress code, but I prefer to wear a tie). Shoes are very comfortable loafers that I can quickly slip off if I'm teaching the youngest kids (who play/sit on the floor, so shoes are not allowed in the classroom).

Although I cycle daily, I prefer not to wear the ball-hugging Spandex cycling shorts, probably a little too scary for the local population.

The purple Spandex trousers are reserved for after-work activities....

What do you wear at work? (if you work). Is there a dress code/strict dress code?
Groping women when you're old is fine - everyone thinks you're senile

On the rare occasions when I work I wear a button down shirt, khakis and loafers.

    Me neither, cheers.

But,...I do have a pair of spandex type jeans, comfortable and easy to wear without creasing uncomfortably tight behind the knees while climbing ladders or a cliff or squatting down.

Otherwise baggy 'Bisley' drill trousers in colder weather.

or Burmese/Thai 'fishermen's' trousers, or cargo shorts in hot weather.

Black slacks, white shirt, thin black tie. I moonlight as a Mormon.
