Think you need another category or two. 1) shag with partner you trust 2) occasional or frequent shag with strangers. 3) internet porn in between viewing TD posts.

I don't believe that HIV is a fraction as prevalant as the Government would like people and in particular foreign aid givers to believe.

It is incredible that I am ok, not so much as a high pus cell count in my wees - clean as a whistle, probably because I'm not circumcised.

Seriously though, the real reason is that the few times I did go bareback with a 'high risk' girl, neither of us had an open wound on our genitalia.

HIV is all around us
FIL sister hung herself after contracting HIV found out later her husband had it and knew before he married her both her kids have HIV. The local school here had problems when the other parents found out there were kids at school with HIV they had to take them out of school before the parents would send there kids back. And I could dig up alot more if I went looking. And this is in ruaral isan

CMN, HIV is a massive problem that the government does little about

there are literally thousands of Thais with HIV that do not have access to proper medicines

OK some other countries are worse, I have seen people dying in the streets in Equatorial Guinea and other African states, but Thailand has a big problem too, especially in the brothel population

did you not realise that having sex actually does create small open wounds (that is if you do it properly)?
