I remember two years ago... a new farang bar owner in BKK asked me to register with TV as well as the Loony Planet/thorntree forums. Can't recall the nick's I used now (oh well). Just to trump up his business. TV has not changed one bit. All ads and outdated info.

Bugger me. That was quick. I only pointed out that if a subject was to be posted as news, surely it should be subject to the usual exchange of views normal in the News Forum.
I then suggested that if admin didnt want it to be discussed, perhaps it would be better posted in the Classifieds or Commercial section.
