Avoid things that make you fat like mirrors and scales wear loose fitting clothing a burqa would be fine and never take it off in daylight or with the light on. What you cant see wont worry you.

Yes keeping fit is the story unused muscles turn to flab.

Don't get an intelligent, honest Thai GF

Get a desperate skanky goldigger with a large needy family.

You'll remain handsome, sexy, and confident about yourself.

I'm 43, my dating profile says I'm 34. The profiles off now and I've admitted to the current GF that I'm in fact 37.

Setting it up for failure from the very beginning, Pat? Safer that way.

I told a pack of lies to the last GF I met online before I'd even met her. I just was aiming for a 3 week shag. I didn't expect to fall in love, by which time I'd forgotten all I'd told her beforehand, what was bullshit and what wasn't. She of course remembered everything, regularly catching me out, which doesn't make for a harmonious relationship. 8 months not bad though.

Apart from the age thing I've been pretty honest with this new GF, apart from jokingly suggesting we run off from Swensens without paying yesterday at Major Ekkamai. She saw the funny side.

    The Fountain of Youth

    This really does work.

    Skin Healing / Urine Therapy

The best part is that it is free!

The Romans used to tax it!

Not mentioned in the article, but one of the reasons urine works so well healing the skin is it is loaded with stem cells which literally rebuild living tissue.

Nature's miracle which commercialist western sociaty pisses away down the toilet.

The Gerson Therapy‘s all-encompassing nature sets it apart from most other treatment methods. The Gerson Therapy effectively treats a wide range of different ailments because it restores the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. Rather than treating only the symptoms of a particular disease, the Gerson Therapy treats the causes of most degenerative diseases: toxicity and nutritional deficiency.
An abundance of nutrients from copious amounts of fresh, organic juices are consumed every day, providing your body with a super-dose of enzymes, minerals and nutrients. These substances then break down diseased tissue in the body, while coffee enemas aid in eliminating toxins from the liver.
Throughout our lives our bodies are being filled with a variety of carcinogens and toxic pollutants. These toxins reach us through the air we breathe, the food we eat, the medicines we take and the water we drink. The Gerson Therapy’s intensive detoxification regimen eliminates these toxins from the body, so that true healing can begin.

    How the Gerson Therapy Works
The Gerson Therapy regenerates the body to health, supporting each important metabolic requirement by flooding the body with nutrients from about 15- 20 pounds of organically-grown fruits and vegetables daily. Most is used to make fresh raw juice, up to one glass every hour, up to 13 times per day. Raw and cooked solid foods are generously consumed. Oxygenation is usually more than doubled, as oxygen deficiency in the blood contributes to many degenerative diseases. The metabolism is also stimulated through the addition of thyroid, potassium and other supplements, and by avoiding heavy animal fats, excess protein, sodium and other toxins.
Degenerative diseases render the body increasingly unable to excrete waste materials adequately, commonly resulting in liver and kidney failure. The Gerson Therapy uses intensive detoxification to eliminate wastes, regenerate the liver, reactivate the immune system and restore the body’s essential defenses – enzyme, mineral and hormone systems. With generous, high-quality nutrition, increased oxygen availability, detoxification, and improved metabolism, the cells – and the body – can regenerate, become healthy and prevent future illness.

The body gets rid of its toxins by itself: if it didn't we'd all be dead.

Yes but you also get karma points for being a man-boob donor as a woman with breast cancer can get a new pair (if she doesn't mind them being a bit hairy)

Providing that your liver is working properly.

Problem is many people stress the liver to the max with heavy drinking and crappy food.
Not to mention the highly toxic pharmacueticals the so called modern medical proffession is so fond of prescribing.
Western medicine is not much more than butchery and dispensing deadly but very profitable drugs.

The big drug companies by in large own the FDA, AMA, DEA and lobby hard to keep native medicines like cannabis illegal.

    Amen to that Earl,
Sadly most have become a product of "take this to fix that" never considering the side effects. I know guys that take cholesterol meds and blood thinners which has a side effect their junk doesn't work anymore so they pop Cialis and Viagra and the viscous cycle begins and then they just die from liver or kidney failure. But all during that time they stress and fixate over it all. Stress is the worst

Best advice, live your life, eat balanced and proper portions. exercise as you see fit. Having a wonderful gal in your life will help as you can share good times and happy people seem to live a far more fulfilling life. Smile a lot and have fun.

I think the big thing is accepting we all age and our bodies degrade.

There are things that you can do. The guys who look older than their real age are those who smoke, because smoking ages your skin. Use a good skin moisteriser every day, since the sun's rays will also age your skin.

I'm going on 58 years old, and I teach kindergarten kids in Myanmar, (the kids are fun and the pay is good). But for me, it is important to try to look younger than 58 - I don't want to lose my job because I look too old).

About a year ago, I had the bags and loose skin under my eyes removed at Phuket Hospital, plus a forehead lift to minimise my frown lines. That was 120,000 baht very well spent (IMHO). Later this year, I'm going to have some more minor cosmetic (fat transplant) to bulk up my tear duct area near my eyes, because I have very deep-set eyes.

Many men get man-boobs as they get older. I've got a nice blossoming pair, but they are very easy to minimise by a bit of liposuction.

Bottom line - Do some research about what treatments and procedures are available, as well as the possible risks and side-effects.
But there is fuck all you can do about the turkey throat as you age. Men who succumb to their vanity and go under the knife are marked out by the contrasting gobbler rolls of skin and proclaim to the world they're really just girlies locked up in a man's body or are egotistical pooves.

They might as well just slap on a bit of lippy, find a nice frock and just mince about.

    Only costs a few baht.

I luckily inherited Thai skin. At 43 I'm wrinkle free, smooth skinned and regularly OD on fresh fruit smoothies. My eyes get a bit baggy if I give an exxagerated smile, so I stay miserable and youthful.

And I've used this almost daily since the age of 15
