Yeah... though I am bored of Xmas, and the kids don't seem that bothered either. I think they like the decorations and the spectacle, but they seem less bothered about the toys and the food or what's on telly... well I haven't had a normal telly for many years, and the kids seem happy with old computers, old lego, old books, and more interested in going out somewhere for some kind of family experience. Fucin Darwin Airport have Christmas decorations up in the International departure lounge.

It was weird to see sparkly hues of purples, pinks, blues, etc in the Christmas decors used in Thailand.
I had this weird belief that red, green, silver, white and a bit of yellow are the Christmas colors.
I hear Burl Ives singing silver and gold, silver and gold in the back of my mind for some reason as I read that.
Yes of course ,white as a fresh snowfall, red for your cold rosy cheeks. Silver as moonlight reflecting into the green pines off the ice on the lake at the shoreline.
I can see my breath as condensate dissipating in the cool crisp darkness as I gaze upon the stars melting into the aurora borealis and for a moment truely feel alive.
So this was a flashback of my childhood in January before I became......................the fish.
