    It's amazing that after the war some millionaire didn't buy up hundreds of war birds and tanks and shit, they were selling for scrap value while still brand new virtually.

    I think they swivel (or castor if you like, like a supermarket trolley's wheels) The. thing that the wheel attaches to is the right way around.

    Reminds me of that Storm Birds Me 262 Project where they built a limited run of the double engine German jet fighters..

    It's good to see that kinda stuff.

    However you wanna see a rare WWII fighter plane try to find a flying Hawker Hurricane or a P-38 Lightning

    It would appear from a brief google that only 5 Hurricane's are airworthy!

    Wiki (yes, FWIW) has 13, but still a sad total from more than 14,000 built:
