You'll have a shed load of papers to sign and I seem to remember it taking us half the day stuck in the land office as get shuffled from one dumbfuk to another, although things may have moved on since then. Just be aware that if your circumstances change for whatever reason there is absolutely nothing you can do with the land until your kid reaches 20 and on that glorious day that they turn 20 they have full control over it.
