Humans have always decorated their bodies, be it with tatoos or jewellry or clothers. I think a more valid arguement would be, "why do some people buy a shit load of bling" - that is something I really don't understand.

I hate the stigma attached to tattoos, I don't do stigma and I don't do status.

Mine tats are all my own design, I totally agree they can look tacky if they are common or badly done - especially dislike the 'Tramp Stamp' which many girls get above their arses.

Mine can easily be covered and I don't have any on my lower arms or my legs. I do regret the 'pom jai dee' but I was shitfaced and it looked better in Thai than my name did.

Pom Jai Dee had more squiggly bits.

It is also an ironic statement to make as I was fitted with a pacemaker in 1998, six months after having the tattoo done.

To Rigger - what I meant was men tend to be more creative these days whereas women point to a tramp stamp in a book and say "I want that one" and then get it done. Are you being shitty with me because your missus has one or because I hang out with Blake 7?
