^ Nice drop that. Not cheap but worth it.

My missus told me she was "going for a walk."
She has just returned with 3 litres of beer and a kebab!
Can we get married again?
However, she also got 2 more litres "for when you are feeling bad later."
^she's a keeper
You could say, he does sound like a but of a wanker
Bottle of Monteiths Black Beer to commemorate General Patton at the helm of the US 3rd Army in Northern Europe as I watched the penultimate D-Day episode of Masters of the Air tonight
I had carefully picked the seeds out of senorita's custard apple for germinating when I found next day that she had added a heap of almost identical seeds from another plant to the dish, so now I will be playing germination roulette with my seedlings.
Adds a bit of fun to the gardening adventure.
Nice WW2 Military Police check point!
^I might dust off Band of Brothers for another whirl after the MOTA finale.
I have only seen it twice.
^ A ale with a light ABV- say around 4% is my go to hangover cure.
This evening I went for an ice cold cider... it's been the perfect baking hot, humid and airless day for it.
But yesterday was a different story.
I dropped off the daughter early morning to go to a trip to Khao Yai with some schoolmates, and on returning home around 9am, and with the wife away, this was the first day that I could remember when I had absolutely no commitments.
So, after doing a few odd jobs and preparing a load of steak and pig's kidneys to simmer away for pie making, I though 'fukk it', and around lunchtime settled down to watch 'Legends of the Fall'. I've been meaning to watch it for ages and Brad Pitt don't make many bad movies. Lola joined me of course, she loves a good movie. I asked the gardener to do the dog feed, and everything else. I was on holiday.
Maya soon joined the fun, or maybe the fan? I was enjoying cold Leo with the remnants of a small bottle of Lao Khao.
Yogi and Tommy were loitering... they could obviously sense a relaxation in house rules.
It seems that I went on to Ya Dong chasers once the Lao Khao had run out. A bit of a worry considering that it was still light outside.
At some point in the proceedings Lola appears to have brought me a pair of the daughter's school socks to inspect. I guess she was missing her... as was I but I was also thoroughly enjoying a lone drinking session without any accusing looks.
Yeah, the Ya Dong must have been working... 'Selfie' time! Lola really is a great drinking companion.
And here was a shock, even Yogi turned up! This was also a bit of a nightmare because not only does Yogi tend to 'mark' things, but also his little white hairs show up on the sofa and the Kommandant will doubtless return at some point.
Anyway, I haven't got the faintest idea how that movie ended, but I do know that I managed to put together a half decent meal... and that at some point I must have progressed on to Mont Clair.
And a pudding to boot!
How lovely to have no commitments whatsoever for an entire day... but also a worrying insight into how a retirement in Korat could look, with no daughter living at home and no work to do.
A day drinking session… always fun. Where was your Welsh mate?
What a fucking film!
'He died, a good death'!
Epic
^ Nah, he can't just take days off. Full time job.
But, I must admit I did send a couple of semi-pissed Line message to PJG.
She replied today... the window missed.
Top man Mendo, that's what life's all about.
Next is the addition of a late morning/early afternoon 4 hands warm oil massage.
One will probably put on pajamas if you ask them.
Invite her across the road for a sneaky dip in the pool to cool off while the coast is clear...
The hot weather is the perfect excuse to make the invitation sound innocent!
I have seen Thais swimming in their pyjamas at the beach so she might even come with fully accessorised in the fantasy football kit for the occasion
