Agree on Teas and many of the Craft beers here. Only a few make a descent IPA. The rest are garbage. Then throw in the Goat Piss Leo, Chang and Singha and you can water a lot of garden plants.

so basically you chop up all the makings of a thai curry paste and make a tea, why don't you just eat a red curry and kill two birds with one plate

^ You could stick the birds in the curry as well. Stick 'em in whole if you're up Isaan way.

Friday it is. 5 days off work paid so one can't complain.

Nice Willett Estate pour. Sure beats poof potpourri teas that one could make soup with.

This dazzling Dassault Mirage is presented in a slightly psychedelic version of its native French colours.

I have got a nice topical Israeli one from the 6-day war too (and 2 Aussie ones), but it is tucked away in a box.

A great way to start the day.

Haven given up the ol' silly alcohol 3+ months ago, was having my 2 cups of morning coffee a few days later and thought, well if I'm giving up that silly toxic poison, why not do the same with coffee and change it to tea instead.

Freshly brewed tea leaves with a pinch o' Jiaogulan, safflower and jasmine.

1/2 a teaspoon of brown sugar and milk.

    Fantastic.

^^ I must admit that I don't know what a whiskey sour is. It looks nice, but why the froth?

A rare moment of solitude between my offshore working duties and and my at home, parental/husbandly duties.

Who says the life of an international contractor is a lonely one? Today I have a drink and chat with my internet 'buddies' from across the globe, tomorrow I'll doubtless have a wee dram with my pack of street dogs.
