Very good day today so as it's Friday, and as it's five o'clock somewhere, let's get this weekend started.
tasting notes - a bit too fruity for my liking.
^ Early start!
Jack Daniels and Coke for me. Had enough already though. Fookin lightweight, me.
Man the fuck up and have a way of life that includes getting smashed to fuck twice a week but rarely in the house. Don't keep beer or spirits and just have some fine champoo for when you fancy a tipple. Dry champagne virtually fuck all calories as long as it's the proper stuff and not some $10 prosecco shite. It's why jockeys drink it! So go out and blow the wonger you've saved on the smoked on a bottle of sparkly white SPY.
The queens favourite tipple. Too fruity for my palate but it was on an offer £120 for 3 so got a case. Wife likes it. Tastes like white SPY
^ Apparently it was drunk at both UK royal weddings last year.
My favourite bubbly.
Not that expensive when you buy it duty free

These Monster drnks are quite nice and they have magical powers from ginseng root.
^a nice pre workout drink or hangover cure?
Catarosielee...
Yorkshire Tea, the best.
Friday it is,
From the bar tonight will be something on the nostalgic side. Blood and Sand
I will be using the more "Scotch" version of the recipe as I read that the original is a tad bit too sweet being it uses equal parts of the each in that recipe. I have never had this before but have all the liquor to make them.
This is my once a week drink up day.
I just completed a full physical on Tuesday. Blood, EKG, Chest Xray, Stress test, All looked right on mark. Will wait for the blood and other bodily fluid results in a few weeks but doc said that he wouldn't expect anything.
Is that the reason you joined?
Had a few beers last night for the first time since New Years. Didn't particularly sit well.
Having a chili and movies with Main Mrs tonight, might go for herbal teas or may go for something a bit stronger. Something refreshing, with soda or water, perhaps a slice of lime, don't fancy scotch. Any ideas J?
Haven't been able to drink gin since I was 16, so that's out.
Edit: Never mind. Sorted.

Beer never really sat well with me much for the most part. Especially the junk here. In the states I enjoy it a bit at the micro breweries. That said I am glad I am back to my once a week or so drinking. I enjoy it a lot more. I wasn't drinking every day but enough that I really wasn't enjoying it as much.
Vodka is a Great base. Mix with anything and you are good to go.
