So last night I was messing around to come up with a descent Marg mix. The crap they try and pass off here is just terrible. Anyway found that thai limes are far stronger then US limes so after making the juice they need a bit of watering down and then add a bit of cane syrup and chill. Was pretty damn good. Even my wife said "Good Job". I usually sip Neat but sometimes a good ol Marg hits the spot.
Gotta love the Thai liquor import selection. They import some top shelf Tequila. Names I couldn't even find on the internet that's how good it is. Some silver stuff. It was called something like MaMa's Tequila and had a sombrero on the label... in Cabo it would sell for 50 cents a bottle, here almost $20. :)
