^No privates on parade at the Anzac day memorial session out of respect

I did overdo the gin a bit though so today I am on the Guarana V which contains Taurine, like Red Bull, which inflatable-boat-lady from 2020 told me is a protein extract from bulls testicles.

I not sure what effect gargling it will have on my sexuality. It could go either way by the sounds of it.

And 1 more shot was the end of the gin so I moved swiftly on to the rather gay raspberry vodka to watch The Magic Flute, a new movie version of Mozart's Opera

This new arrival to the stable is Israel's main battle tank the Merkava

I always think the Merkava looks like what a tank would look like if it had been designed by Lamborghini

It has been in service since the 1970s but has gone through many extensive technical updates with the Merkava IV entering service in 2023

How much is a can of Asahi down there?

The stuff made in Japan is far superior to that piss they send to Thailand

Cheers. I started yesterday with a Few IPA's that had an ABV of 9%. Gotta watch those fkrs because they sneak up on ya. Finished the late afternoon with a few pours of WhistlePig. Up at 4am today. Too early for a Bloody Mary?

It is a good start to the weekend when you find your favourite liqueur on sale

    What are you drinking today?-20230428_205936-jpg

And it only got better with a special gaylords edition of my favourite amber nectar, the little creatures pale ale

^^My only complaint about my rather gay raspberry Smirnoff on Thursday was that it did not come in a fetching raspberry colour

That Strawberry Continental has caught my eye now with its garish and lurid hue so I might have to head back to the bottle shop

My new GP Dr from Cuba, came well prepared to our Sunday afternoon consultation (conducted partly in Spanish) by the lake

    What are you drinking today?-20230507_175149-jpg

A bottle of Campo Viejo Rioja which I had not tasted in many's the long year

    What are you drinking today?-20230507_183631c-jpg

I brought a bottle of bubbles but the Rioja was the hands down winner

The ducks were a bucolic addition to the Nigel-esque Sunday arvo scene

    What are you drinking today?-20230507_173116-jpg

We did however get caught in an unforecast thunderstorm later, but a boy scout comes prepared with a large picnic/beach umbrella

    What are you drinking today?-20230507_184838-jpg

The ducks took to the water after the storm had retreated to give us a bewitching lavender sunset as the light faded

Those are my Salomon Speedcross all-terrain all-weather ultra-runner shoes which I use to tame the rugged beach terrain once a week

I almost returned them after they were cruelly mocked and likened to clown-shoes. I could not wear them in public for a couple of weeks after that, but I have ventured cautiously back to the beach and the shopping centre in them since then, scanning passers-by carefully for any hints of a smirk, and my confidence has been gradually restored.

I had to have a pop at this Stone and Wood Pacific Ale after thinking twice about asking my Chilean Spanish teacher if I could sip hers a couple of weeks ago. It seemed like an uncouth request, although I really wanted to.
