Knees are perfect. I am however developing tendinitis from holding my glass...

I walk 5 to 7km every morning. When home I ride my mtn bike about 20km a day. Life is about balance. I tried drinking while walking but unless I do it with a sippy cup I spill too much and it's not cheap.

6 pints of Chang last night. What fokin poison that crap is.

Without doubt, this morning is the last Changover I'll ever have.

Chang is nasty, smells like some chemicals I have in my shop when it gets warm. I can maybe enjoy 1 Leo a month and that is often too much. Some of the craft beers are improving and price is OK.

Think that Chang was 6 or 6.5% when I moved out here.

I love me beer, but that crap is just poisonous chemicals in a glass.

Your a good man. Thanks for the offer. I just decided it's better to take my walk, come back and then pour me a bourbon and pat myself on the back for a job well done.

My app says that the walks burn about 195 to 220 calories which is about the equivalent of a long pour with a small ice cube. So in my books its a wash.

So I gotta ask being there is all this discussion about beer ABV talk. Isn't the point of drinking a beer because you really like it? Or is the taste not a reason why and you drink to get pleasantly anesthetized however now with lower ABV you just got to drink more of the crap.?

I mean if you insist on drinking Thai piss, I say drop a shot of something in it to make it worth drinking. Maybe some Ya Dong or Lao Khao?

The idea is that you can pace yourself over a day or couple of days straight. I'd like to see you do that with your bourbon on ice

That said though, I have had many numerous continual drink binges with Tequila. Start in the morning and a few days later you finish in the morning. As I typed that my liver reached out and slapped me right up side my head as a gentle reminder....
