Feeding an addiction, any addiction, is not good. You are celebrating weakness and stupidity but in your case it is perhaps understandable since your addiction probably lends purpose to your otherwise possibly futile existence. You are defined by your addiction - is that good?

Lobelia dosage is not clearly indicated in a lot of articles on the herb.

Doses as little as 3-4 drops 3 tines a day and up to 20 drops of tincture up to 3 times a day and between half to one teaspoon of dried herb in a tea or even minute doses, of a pinch of a few milligrams every half hour have been recommended.

Bear in mind that large doses of an ounce or more of the dried herb can induce vomiting, a real purge of mucus from the stomach, so retaining and absorbing any more than that dose would be remarkable.

I've found that a cup of lobelia tea in the morning gives a boost to an anti-smoking effort, and topping it up with a pinch of the herb every few hours or when the urge for a smoke comes on was enough to help quit smoking.

Having rid myself of this very addictive habit some 40 years ago, I found that quick fixes were BS. I read that it was as addictive as heroin.
If you can stay away from it for one day, just repeat the process.

And, it was this thread (unless there's another one like it?) that inspired me.

    Thanks all.

    I owe ya' one.

Not my first attempt but feels like the strongest one.
