Where cattle gets protein, calcium etc? – from grass. and definitely not from another animal’s meat or milk.

Our body is designed to pluck fruits from the trees to eat and not? for going after an animal to kill it and eat !!!

had the cinnamon and apple ones today at 12pm, the lovely missus had left me them, and some of those mini oranges, so that was brekkie today.

I didn't have a breakfast like that (yes, I am envious!) this morning so mid afternoon I was feeling a bit hungry. Fried up several slices of Spam, put them on a hot dog bun with some mustard and I was back on top. I see they have a nifty user guide now for those that have difficulty with SPAM extraction.

do they sell spam in foodland? might have a spam sandwich tomorow.

Lets see, loose tea is better than bag tea? Loose tea is sprayed with insecticides and growth chemicals as well. when picked its left in the open air for drying. birds, and rats eat and shit in it. Yup, you've made a believer out of me. How can you be so anal? Organic, that's right up to the cat shit and piss you love to drink.

But really, the secret to good bowel (and general) health is an apple or two a day.

Last night's delicious shrimp vegi stir fry ended up in an omelet this morning and the wife added a bit of cheese. With some toast, it made a top cabin breakfast.

couldnt sleep this morning so got up at 5, then was bored as it was dark, and the Post had not arrived yet, so whipped the kids up something better than gunk on rice.

Slightly browned, but they loved it with Smuckers blueberry jam, and some wheat toast.

    Cheese Omelette with Jam/Jelly?

I have tried the American concoction of Peanut butter and Jam together on a sandwich though, which was pretty good I have to admit.
I might give that a whirl tomorrow AO..... just waiting for my Sausage and egg Mcmuffin set to land right now
