    muay thai

    evening

was thinking about going to a gym to learn a bit of the old muay thai when i get back, nothing serious, just as something to do, 1 maybe 2 days a week.

ive done some kickboxing, and studied wing chun for a few years when i was younger, just looking to sharpen up.

anyone point me to a gym in bangers? maybe a kung fu class.

    thanks

I think there's more choice if you can train in Pattaya (don't fight myself but a mate just suggested it)

I trained at Tony's gym in Pattaya, I haven't been training since moving to BKK but there certainly is a lot of choice in BKK. I can't recommend anywhere personally as never tried but I have heard good things about BKK fight club.

Also not sure if its still open but Fairtex opened a gym on RCA

I trained at Rompo, Jitti, Big Shots and Ingram Gym in my time in Thailand. Ingram is Japanese owned but the hardest was Rompo. Real hard arse training. Best organised was Jitti.

Big Shots was great but just a boxing, not muay Thai gym.
