Morning twat.
Sorry to hear that, Sabai Sabai.
Ice bags on the knee and leg up higher than your hip when sitting.
Strap it comfortably tight while walking, but keep walking, you'll heal faster.
There are a couple of good pressure points around the knee joint that you can press to alleviate pain, you know you've found such a point because you can feel the effect instantly, a pleasurably painful point, if pressed.
Press for 7 seconds, release, then press for 12 seconds and release.
Use steady pressure only.
If you have a problem finding the pressure points, Google for an acupuncture/acupressure (shi atsu) chart, the pressure points are shown there.
If the pain is quite substantial while walking, rub a deep heat type linament into the joint and surrounding area.
the effects will last for several hours, allowing you to be mobile, essential for quick healing.
Increase your dose of Vit C, take a small amount hourly, speeds the healing of wounds.
Maybe I missed the part where he said he was dying.

When I was sacked by that moto-sai I ached for months & one of my knuckles still twinges with pain .
Last time I drunk and drove I came to in a wooden shack in the middle of fucking no where. Through the haze of the aftermath of fifty thousand botles of beer, I took in my surroundings which comprised of a battered old mattress and an elderly gentleman sporting a thread bare sarong.
My query of 'WHERE THE FUCK AM I, YOU OLD BASTARD', appeared to fall on deaf ears, so I scoped the exterior to find a distinct lack of motorcycle and a set of decidely loose bearings.
After stumbling home what felt like a triple marathon, I informed my better half that I had infact lost my vehicle and spent the night with a scantily clad geriatric.
I then proceeded to fuel her fury by fetching a large ale from the refridgerator, necking it in one, checking my backside for any signs of arse-banditry and snuggling up under the duvet for a jolly nice kip.
Legalize Drunk Driving

Lew Rockwell slams the criminal State for criminalizing non-crimes.
What precisely is being criminalized? Not bad driving. Not destruction of property. Not the taking of human life or reckless endangerment. The crime is having the wrong substance in your blood. Yet it is possible, in fact, to have this substance in your blood, even while driving, and not commit anything like what has been traditionally called a crime. There is no other crime more damaging to the middle class than that of drunk driving.
What have we done by permitting government to criminalize the content of our blood instead of actions themselves? We have given it power to make the application of the law arbitrary, capricious, and contingent on the judgment of cops and cop technicians. Indeed, without the government’s “Breathalyzer,” there is no way to tell for sure if we are breaking the law.
The costs incurred for a single DUI are enormous, no matter if you hurt someone by your actions or not. This 2006 article places the total cost of a DUI around 10,000 to 50,000 dollars. That is an enormous amount of money for someone making 50,000 dollars a year to cover. It may take half a decade or more for the average person to recoup the losses incurred.
This article places the number of annual DUIs in the US around 1,396,888. If we assume an average cost of 15,000 per DUI, that would mean the public is forking over 20,953,320,000 dollars a year to lawyers, insurance companies and the State.
Is the public made more safe? Obviously the law does next to nothing to deter drunk driving. Just like drug laws and gun laws, DUI laws are another form of “pre-crime.” They are laws that attempt to prevent actual crime (hurting someone) from occurring.
Punishing someone that hasn’t hurt anyone or damaged anyone else’s property by their actions is wrong.
The State does far more damage to the public through the outlawing of literally harmless actions than it prevents in potential damages and lives lost. We must consider that the money taken from a DUI offender may have been used to purchase medication, healthcare, or any other number of life saving or extending goods or services.
When calculating how effective DUI laws actually are, one must consider ONLY THE MARGINAL DECREASE in drunk driving that occurs by having the law in place – this number is relatively small. Most people who drive drunk think they are OK to drive and will not get caught, thus the law itself does nothing to deter them from driving at the time they make the decision to get behind the wheel.
The public must be treated as adults and be given the adult responsibility to decide on their own if they are capable of driving without hurting themselves or anyone else. The State should not play the role of the nanny looter.
At a cost of 20 billion dollars a year, society can not afford to enforce yet another victimless law.
Crimes must have victims to be just.
DUI laws combined with the “war on drugs” are pissing 10% of the value of the entire M1 money supply down the gutter every year for the prevention of 400 deaths.

Actually the article makes some valid points.
The issue shouldnt be about the substance in your blood. It should be about being impaired or not.
I see many impaired drivers out there who likely never took a drink or drug in thier lives.
As an obvious and evidential fraud and liar, how do you possess the temerity even to post, let alone defend yourself against your own negative result?
I honestly think that you live in an isolated situation, where you can not share your psychological burden with others of your own culture, sadly so.

Above post to Swilly
gets some pics up of the damage ffs, both leg and motocy would be good thanks
Total bollocks again Swilly, you've obviously never ever been into contact sport, or even soccer.
There are several hundred viewers of this forum who do know about recuperative techniques for traumatic injury.
What you're doing is tantamount to negating the trust of most martial artists and sportsmen alike in accredited and appropriate physiologic and chemical methods of physical recovery from destructive effects of sports competition.
You even have the gall to post about your support for the international cycle team who visited Indonesia on a fund raiser, posing yourself as a great supporter.
They all use the methods of recovery that I posted about, it's pretty much standard practice amongst sports physios.
I'd guess that your interest in sports is more to do with your voyeurist inclinations towards the appeal of the male physique than anything else.
