Thread: World Series-go tigers

What no thread about the World Series? I know, it is not as exciting as that kicking the ball game in the UK where 75% of the games end in a 0-0 draw, or that other bat and ball game where teams play for five days and neither team wins and no one seems to ever know which team is ahead at any given moment.

But, as a life-long DETROIT tiger fan, I think it is pretty cool, but just doesn't seem right that the games ain't in old tiger stadium. Ah, that was a ballpark, green seats, Labatts Beer and peanuts.

Still, got to cheer on the tigs, although before the playoffs I have never heard of any of their players except the old country western singer that keeps pitching like he actually knows what he is doing.

Any BBall fans out there? Any thoughts on the series?

Yep...the Cards will cream them...that game 3 pitching display was awesome.

I dont think they can win 3 or 4. Its gonna be St. Louis. Plus Detroit mentally collapsed today.
Kenny Rodgers will pitch his damn heart out though. Good chance back to Detroit.
