    ********BREAKING NEWS********Arsenal have today told Barcelona that they won't consider any bids for Cesc Fabregas below £40million it is reported Barca only offered £30million and even if Barcelona do bid £40 million it is not guaranteed to be accepted as it will be voted on by the board AND Arsene Wenger, if Fabregas does go Yoan Gourcuff will replace him at the Emirates for £21.8 million as there is a clause in his contract which says if a bid is put in of £21.8 million it MUST be accepted, Lyon have also bid for the French playmaker, who has recentley said he would like to leave France and would choose Arsenal over any club.
