    Haye vs Klitschko - poll

    June 20 is the fight.

Haye knows he is flawed but comes to win every time, which makes him an exciting, if uncertain bet.

Klitschko is safe, boring, but gets the W

    Prediction:
Wlad can't hide behind his jab against a quick Haye, and will be taken out of his game plan, and scared. Still, he can still fight, and will be forced into unleashing that right hand hammer of his.

Haye's low hands will leave himself too open and he'll get nailed hunting for the big hit. He will have some very dodgy moments - he was all but out against Mormeck.

Otherwise Wlad will find a way to hide and run again as he always does, and since pure KO is the only way a foreign fighter can ever win against the diabolically bent Krauts, Haye will 'lose' on points, despite being the better fighter.

Still, I am going to lay my money on a dodgy (in both senses) Haye pulling out the KO after 6 hectic rounds.

I would love Haye to get this result but I just think it is too tall an order for him.

You cannot fail to be impressed with the way he has gone about his career at HW. He has constantly said that he wants to fight the best, he has called them out and is prepared to fight them and the pittance he his getting paid to fight Klitschko is shocking.

Haye has been doing is best to wind up Wlad in the hope that he will come into the ring pissed off and wanting to knock Haye out which will give him the best chance of landing his own punches with his superior hand speed.

Problem is if that Wlad comes out and fights his usual plodding fight and hides behind his jab he could easily bore his way to a points victory.

I hate to say it but I think that Wlad is going to catch Haye and knock him out. Haye has never had the best of chins and if Wlad catches him flush then it's night night.

However I will be cheering on Haye all the way and hoping he can cause a major upset. Should be a cracker.

I'd love Haye to win. He is a colourful all-action fighter with a KO in each hand and bags of personality.
He is also a built-up cruiser / light heavy going in against one of the biggest and best true Heavy's around... With an awesome jab.
I don't like watching either Klitschko box, but they get the job done, and i think he will be just too big for Haye, unfortunately.

Curiously ODLH was as much taller than Pacman, as Klitschko is over Haye - about 4 inches. Before the fight, most people thought ODLH size and power would be too much for the smaller man. Speed kills.

On the other hand Klitschko will not be weight drained.
I just can't see Haye letting Klitscho eke out his usual plodding but effective win. Stuff is going to happen, and as Haye himself keeps saying - he lets it all loose when he fights, so you can never tell what will will go down.

Finally a heavyweight fight to get really excited about and it gets cancelled!

Haye damaged his hand in training.

This is probably genuine, and Haye is probably gutted.

The question now is will someone else beat Wladimir in before Haye gets his shot?

Also, we are back to the question of which Klitschko will Haye meet first.

    Sigh.
