I didn't watch the game, but one way bails can 'blow off' is if the wind conditions are right.

The umpire can us a heavier bail if it happens repeatedly.

Yep, a poor decision for me bringing him in. Young spinners take time to learn their trade and Bess should have been kept in (Mo is the past without being too hard on him).
