what i like about you Hal - optimism
Do it, it'll keep you interested right up until November when they get knocked out by Altringham
Altrincham
Well, this is ticking along rather nicely, isn't it?
^ That'll ruin this afternoon's play...expect a NZ hat-trick after lunch.
loot's average back up above 50. If he plays for another 4-5 years he could pass Tendulkar
Silly Pope, could have got 150, should have gone on to 200 but he'll take 145
I don't think I've seen a match where so many catches have been dropped.
How many is that now?
^^ 9 from 24 chances put down...courtesy of the beeb
Its a privilege to watch Loot. I don't think with the ICC attitude to tests after the chair admitted its going to wither on the vine, and Loots approach to the game (fanatical in practice) we'll ever see his like again for Eng. I truly hope he does 16,000.
I've been listening to this on Radio 5 all afternoon, finished up work, walked back to town, stopped for a quick pint and we'd lost 4 wickets.
But Root seems to be keeping us in it.
While having my pint I kept check of the scores on Google...
We're doing OK, but how can we be 25% probability to win? We're still behind with only two days to go?
Collapses Mendip - these two teams have a history of it lately
watching some re-runs and one thing is clear and has been for years, the opposition may hate Loot scoring runs but they find it hard to hate the man. They may hate him over the next 5 years now he hasn't got the Captaincy to worry about - he looks happy.
Just realised i forgot i put a bag of sand on Eng to get over 315.5 runs
Keaton Jennings out for 1 against Warwickshire.
Keaton Jennings.
Of Lancashire.
Free tickets tomorrow or a refund if you've already bought them. Don't fancy England's chances then.
