Champions Trophy starts today, in 30 minutes. I don't think Eng will even be doingca Yogi and snapping at the heels of the two finalists Ind and Aus
Let's hope we can do ourselves justice in this tournament.
351. Not bad.
Nice. Head and the Cheater out. Wood up to 95mph and first slip 26 meters back, fukin love it :)
Aussies will be doing well to win this.
Target is 352
They are 43/2 after 6 overs.
Well, they haven't given up...
76 for 2 from 10.
Decisions decisions. Watch Eng lose to Australia in kwicket or Wales lose to tye Pikeys in 5.5 Nations.
Spinners on and the scoring rate against them drops to 5 rpo. Livingston through 3 of the 10 needed between him and Loot
well, useless middle order, a few throwing their wickets away and Eng gave them a target on an easy batting ground bowling with dew, fukin useless. Win this and we should have been in the final. Aus have Ellis, all the variations, Eng 3 quick and no variations or ability to deploy them. Fuk MC|Cullum off and Buttler, a captain who hasnt played a captains knock but got himself out consistently over 3 years. Wipe the blackboard and start again. We should not have lost this
Shit day all round really
i'm quite happy with that, we nee to kick the NZ cvnt out, attack attack attack dont work and its boring. Root came back and made a score otherwise we'd be sub 300 again ans our bowling choice is too predictable. bye bye Bredan and Josh
Going to be another miserable weekend...
Great reaction from the Aussies.
Especially the bloke who left Yorkshire at 14.
^ they deserved to win, they should not have.
I see the Taleban are busy throwing their wickets away to Archer
What channel's it on?
326 to win... fucking hell.
Gifting wickets, Loot the only one who looks like he can play? Is this a Test, an ODI. Time for that NZ xxxx to hop on a plane and for Eng to change their batting approach and find some bowlers who aren't one dimensional. This is all getting entirely predictable. I forsee another white wash in the Ashes atm.
Capt my arse. Pathetic from Butler. Ticking along nicely with Root and he tries and ramp, didn't work and next ball gets bounced out like an 18 yo.
Load of shite
I'm not expecting much from the footy either, but it's that late I suppose I'll have to watch it.
Can we get rid of Butler and McCullum now please. And FFStell any of these overpaid idiots that they aren't playing T20 in anything other than T20.
And surely someone can coach Wood to stop falling over when he bowls?
When they next get a chance in between golf rounds.
That was a total bowling meltdown.
Another mat h another Eng mess. Loot rescue job required.....again. just mindless batting completely unnecessary
Pathetic. Eng can get back to playing golf. At least 3 players need to be dropped.
My but they're on a roll.

Sky's brown nosing of India is nauseating. Not a mention of the advantage they've had.
Not so Australian ABC

It is no secret that the money India brings into the game allows it to thrive in the way it currently does. But how do you recognise this without making it seem like every other nation and every series or tournament simply exists to serve India?
This is the question the ICC and its Indian chairman Jay Shah must find the answer to in order to avoid future global tournaments appearing as farcical as this year's Champions Trophy was.
Analysis from Chris De Silva: Champions Trophy win cements India'''s status as cricket'''s best team, an achievement that is sadly tainted - ABC News
It was bound to happen once the ICC moved from its rightful home at Lord's to Dubai.
I went to one of the test days against the Windies at Edgbaston last summer but forgot to upload my photos.

This was a cider and was aboyt 8.5%. The landlord was egging me on and I managed 3 before blacking out and waking up with half a fucking Big Mac on my face (and I rarely, if ever, eat McDs). My wife told me that she had escorted me back to the hotel, dumped me in bed and then went out to the McDonalds next door. Neither of us had any idea how I ended up with a burger on me 'ead though considering I was flat out in a cider coma.
:)

The test was Saturday.
Was meant to be back Sunday.
Got home Wednesday.
Gawd, I love cricket me.
:smileylaughing:
Unreal, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is 14 years old and opening for Rajasthan Royals in the IPL, knocked a 20 ball 34. He made a 58 ball 100 on debut in a 4 day match.
Gone one better:
Quote:
IPL: Fourteen-year-old sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi makes tournament history with second-fastest century
Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored second-fastest century in IPL history; 14-year-old smashed 101 runs off 38 balls for Rajasthan Royals against Gujarat Titans to become youngest-ever T20 centurion.
England 498/3 vs Zimbabwe
The highest ever total on day one of a test in England.
10 tests now that will define the stokes / mccullum era.
But first back to the pyjama game...
County Championship
Division One Table (seven games played)
1 Nottinghamshire 115
2 Surrey 105
3 Sussex 95
4 Warwickshire 93
5 Somerset 92
6 Durham 84
7 Hampshire 82
8 Essex 75
9 Yorkshire 59
10 Worcestershire 54
The first ODI between England and West Indies starts at 7pm Thai time today.
At Edgbaston - it's a sell out.
Lets hope the weather holds. Eng as usual come into this with no warm up games, a few played in the Zim TM and some return from the IPL. WI have had 3 matches again Ire, albeit rain affected. Harry Brook in his first match as official Capt of the white ball team, but has led in Butlers absence previously. Smith to open, I still think Root is better at 4 in ODI's, imo. Lets hope our bolwing is not as toothless as it was in the last test, it could be a long summer for the test side starting with India........
Team likely as
England: 1 Jamie Smith, Ben Duckett, 3 Joe Root, 4 Harry Brook (capt), 5 Jos Buttler (wk), 6 Jacob Bethell, 7 Will Jacks, 8 Jamie Overton, 9 Brydon Carse, 10 Adil Rashid, 11 Saqib Mahmood
Some outstanding catches in this game.
