Leandro Trossard: Arsenal agree deal to sign Belgium forward from Brighton
Arsenal have agreed a deal to sign Belgium international Leandro Trossard from Brighton for £21m plus add-ons.
Trossard's agent recently said the 28-year-old forward wanted to leave the Seagulls after falling out with boss Roberto de Zerbi.
League leaders Arsenal have made the move after missing out to Chelsea on signing Ukraine winger Mykhailo Mudryk.
Trossard has scored seven goals and provided three assists in 16 top-flight games for Brighton this season.
He scored a hat-trick in a 3-3 draw at Liverpool in October but was dropped by De Zerbi for the 3-0 win against the Reds on 14 January after he left training early without permission.
Trossard's agent Josy Comhair said his client, who joined Brighton from Belgian side Genk in 2019, had a calf injury but added a January transfer would be "beneficial for both parties"

Ooop the Arse
February? March? April?
Welcome back Arsenal.
We've been expecting you.
This must be one of the few days in TD history when nammers and harry haven't contributed at least 50 posts to the forum.
I wonder why?
Big Sean came for you!
If City win every game from now until the end of the season, they will be champions.
I doubt they will, but it's an absolute must not lose on Wednesday for Arsenal.
Preferably a win, please.
Beat the City B team on Wednesday night and we go back on top were we belong
The gooner slump has started. Once they lose to City then it'll be all downhill, and they'll be lucky to hang onto a top three spot...

I fully agree, and it's perfectly inline with gooner supporters behaviour.

Mikel Arteta said earlier this week that he will "only be satisfied" if his Arsenal side are given two points back for the VAR error that allowed Brentford's equaliser to stand in Saturday's Premier League match.
Referees' body PGMOL has apologised to Arsenal after "human error" was to blame for the incorrect VAR decision.
"It wasn't human error, it was not understanding your job," said Arteta. "That's not acceptable, I'm sorry.
"It cost Arsenal two points that are not going to be restored so we are going to have to find those two points somewhere else in the league."

Nevermind Arsenal fans, at least you've earned enough points to make the top 10.
Maybe even the top 6 too if you can win a game or two between now and May.
The Arsenal collapse is well and truly in full swing!
I only went and Chittied it!
Top 6 should be in sight now.
Well that was a relaxing game result never in doubt
