No, completely pirate. But has been working for years, they don't appear to be able to block it, except in the UK for Premier League (and most people there use a VPN).

I'll PM you. Have you got an Android device? Phone or tablet?

    ExpressVPN works well for me.

RugbyPass works in Korea without a VPN, but I'm not sure that it does in England where there may be rights issues?

In Aussieland, do Channel9 have the rugby rights? I've already signed up to that for the cricket, but don't watch that much...

ITV through a VPN seems good, but they have some terrible commentary - Wilkinson might be the most boring person in the World, and that little world cup winning scrum half Dawson is such a little irritating and camp fukker that he needs a spank... Sometimes they have that Welsh fella who likes to hide his sausage in the chocolate mountain, and he's such a whinging tosseur too. Terrible line-up of commentators on ITV, imho...
    Cycling should be banned!!!

Cheers, iPhone and Windows laptop basically.

I'll check it out but I tend to err on the side of caution with these things and go legit if and when I can. I'd hate to be suddenly cut-off whatever the chances, especially mid-World Cup.

My usual go-to but they've confirmed they don't have the rights unfortunately:

Regrettably, RugbyPass has been unable to secure the rights to broadcast the Rugby World Cup this year.

We're obviously pretty sad about the whole thing, but will still be bringing you the world's best editorial content including live scoring, commentary, and stats via our Match Centre - plus keep an eye out for our coverage on the ground in Japan.

Please refer to World Rugby's definitive list of licensed broadcasters https://www.rugbyworldcup.com/broadcasters to find out how to watch in your location.

We hope to see you back for the European club season which is kicking off at the end of September.

    Regards,
    Dean

    It's on ITV in UK.

. Who Are ITV’s Rugby World Cup Pundits?

The 2019 Rugby World Cup is fast approaching, with all the final details for the tournament being finalised – especially in terms of television coverage – for the entire event.

All the matches from the tournament in Japan will be televised on ITV and the media company has recently announced their line-up of pundits who will present, commentate and give their opinions on the action on the pitch.

But who exactly are these pundits? Below we take a look.

Who Are ITV’s Rugby World Cup Pundits?
ITV have named a stellar line-up of presenters, along with some of the finest rugby players and coaches to be involved in the game.

English players Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallaglio and Maggie Alphonsi are joined by 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning coach Sir Clive Woodward.

After retiring from international rugby, Sam Warburton is one of three Welshmen giving their thoughts from the studio. Former utility back Gareth Thomas and scrum-half Mike Phillips are the other two.

Additionally, from Scotland and Ireland ITV have

Australian rugby site The Roar has a pre-RWC countdown of the greatest players in Rugby World Cup history, naming 5 players per day.

With ten days left until the ninth edition of the World Cup gets underway in Japan, we’re going to be counting down the 50 greatest players to have graced the tournament over its history.

We had to consider a player’s individual performances, their success, longevity and overall impact at the tournament – and only took World Cup matches into account.

    So far:

    50. Jannie de Beer (South Africa)
    49. David Kirk (New Zealand)
    48. Zinzan Brooke (New Zealand)
    47. Richard Hill (England)
    46. Jason Robinson (England)
    45. Sam Whitelock (New Zealand)
    44. Sean Fitzpatrick (New Zealand)
    43. Andrew Mehrtens (New Zealand)
    42. Jason Little (Australia)
    41. Brian O’Driscoll (Ireland)
    40. Brian Lima (Samoa)
    39. Christophe Lamaison (France)
    38. David Pocock (Australia)
    37. Chester Williams (South Africa)
    36. Shane Williams (Wales)
    35. Matt Burke (Australia)
    34. Conrad Smith (New Zealand)
    33. Keven Mealamu (New Zealand)
    32. Kieran Read (New Zealand)
    31. Schalk Burger (South Africa)

No Alnwyn Jones, Wales not had much success but his sheer longevity and game nouse should see him on there. Maybe after this as it'll be his last.

Not sure I can stand a Kiwi commentary; they've become as biased as the Aussie commentators...
